Hyperion Tempus, the Lord of Time

Another new character, but one with a specific role in mind.

Name: Hyperion Tempus

Known Titles: The Lord of Time, The Immortal Count, the Count of St. Germain, the Wonderman, Avatar of Ahura Mazda

Age: Unknown, but has been known as the Count of St. Germain since the 1740's.
Height: 5'9" (same as Xeranad)
Weight: 150 lbs.
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Black irises with white pupils

Alignment: Lawful Good (though listed as wildcard, as his job prevents him from directly interfering)

Base of Operations: The Observatory of Time, a place that exists outside normal space and time, but adjacent to all timelines.

Mode of Transportation: Time travel... duh.

Personality: A rather curious fellow, he never tells all that he knows and gives only as much information as is required. He's also rather fond of trolling, but not to the extent of causing actual trouble. Abhors violence and would rather sit down and chat you up if possible.

Skills: Accomplished fencer
Hobbies: Writing (both music and books), chemistry

Powers:
Time Manipulation: Able to control the fabric of time to a certain extent, being able to stop it or move it forward and back.
Time Viewing: Able to see into the past and future, as well as alternate timelines.

Weaknesses:
He cannot actively change history, as his job is to simply observe. As such, regardless of how much power he may have, he cannot act upon it, not without causing serious damage to the timeline. As such, he prefers to simply manipulate others into fixing the problems for him. All bets are off in the Observatory of Time, though...

Backstory:
No one truly knows when he was born or where, but he claimed to be 500 during the 1700's, but whether he's telling the truth or not has never been determined. But the truth is that, like Xeranad Lekard, he is an avatar of a god, specifically, the avatar of Ahura Mazda, god of light and brother to Angra Mainyu (ie, Xeranad Lekard), so essentially they are brothers. While Xeranad Lekard has the power to twist and distort the dimensional fabric to his will, Hyperion can do the same with time. The two of them first met each other during the 1700's, shortly after Xer imprisoned Aria in the hole in the ground in England. The two fought, and the battle was a draw, neither being able to truly defeat the other. Since then, Hyperion has made it his job to ensure Xeranad never interferes with the fabric of time, and should such an event occur, he would do what he could to right his brother's wrongs.

So yeah, a counterbalance character for Xeranad, sorta like the Highfather is to Darkseid. Only, you know, actually having an important role. Also threw in a little bit of the Doctor from Doctor Who.

Expect him to appear from time to time in the universe... and all the alternates.
